We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2023, at the age of 73, Brenda Marie Smith of Sikeston, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wright and Clara Spitzer Wright; and her brothers, Bobby Wright and Charles Wright. She is survived by: her children, Sonny Copeland Jr. (Melissa) of Buchheit, Danny Copeland (Kelly) of Sikeston, Missouri, Debbie Marie Hamlett of Dexter and Holly Butrum (Corey) of La Center, Kentucky; her close friends, Jennie Holland and Darrin Gammons of Sikeston, Missouri; her siblings, Wayne Wright of Bloomfield, Mike Wright of Apache Junction, Howard Wright of Florence, Arizona, Sandy McMackin of Morehouse and Helen Fuller of Carrier Mills, Illinois; and her great grandchildren, Carson Patterson and Aubree Patterson. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren.
