He was predeceased by: his stepfather James Earl "Jim" Chappell. He is survived by: his parents, Mary Ann McEntire Chappell and Sikeston; his sister Kimberly D. Wylde; his nephews, Dale Wylde and Patrick Wylde; his niece Katie Wylde; his great-niece Amelia Wylde; and his great-nephew Julian Wylde.
