She was predeceased by: her parents, Jefferson Davis and Etta Marie Pemberton (Williams); her husband Lowell L. Howell; and her brother Thomas Jefferson Pemberton. She is survived by: her children, Shelly Smith (Chris) of Sibley, MO, Cliff and Doug Uren of Clinton, MO; her grandchildren, Bo Cash (Jackie) of Sibley, MO, Kellye Germann (Ryan) of Carrollton, MO, Alexis Smith of Sibley, MO, Travis and Jessica of Lake; and her great grandchildren, Carter, Colton of Sibley, MO, Jaxxon and Hank of Carrollton, MO. She is also survived by numerous step children and step grandchildren; and her special friend.
