It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles L Rumsey of Sibley, Missouri, born in El Dorado, Kansas, who passed away on February 25, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ross and Edna Lee Rumsey (Stevens); his son Jeremy Scott Rumsey; and his brother Robert Lee Rumsey. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his son Mark Anthony Rumsey (Teresa); and his sisters, Benita Carlisle (Glen) and Glenda Peterson (Roger). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
