He is survived by: his parents, Shellie Hoffman (Lowry) and Bill Hoffman of Sibley, MO; his sister Shelbie Hoffman of Independence; his niece Maddie Buxton of Independence; his grandmother Barbara Hoffman of Sibley; and his uncles, Stacie Burks (Farris) of Independence, Stephanie Shannon (Shaun) of Blue Springs, MO, Wendie Peters (Ed) of Sibley, Christie Hall (Anthony) of Rogers, AR, Jones Garcia (Lynn) of Rogers, AR and Debbie Garcia (Michael) of Houston, TX.
