She is survived by: her son John Dean Nelson (Sherry); her grandchildren, Shane Nelson of Maryville, MO and Lindsay Hendrix (Jaron) of Leawood, KS; her stepgranddaughter Alison Sporleder (Stephen) of Maryville, MO.; her great grandchildren, Mila Nicole Hendrix, Walker Hendrix (Dean) and Liam Dean Sporleder; her siblings, Austin Amos Whipple, Lula Kay Shimer and Carl; her siblings-in-law, Sherline Nelson and Dean Thomas; and her boyfriend Frank Donovan.
