She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Haworth and Frances Haworth (Holloway). She is survived by: her husband Steve Quade, Sr. of Shell Knob; her son Steve Quade, Jr. of Shell Knob; her grandson Alex Stoica; and her brother Steve Haworth of Purdy.
