He is survived by: his wife Ruth Nicholls; his children, Coby Shepard (Todd McIntyre) of Tampa, Scott Shepard (Tabitha) of Mount Vernon, Missouri and Shelia Campbell (Lester) of Crane, Missouri; and his siblings, Ronnie Shepard of Shell Knob, Tommy Shepard of Golden, Missouri, Wanda Corning of Marshall, Carol Greenhaw of Oklahoma and Tina DeLong of Lampe, Missouri. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
