She is survived by: her husband John Woolis; her daughter Elizabeth "Beth" Culver (Ted) of Wichita, Kansas; and her grandchildren, Shawn Nimmo of Wichita, Chad Nimmo of Wichita, Jason Welch of Wichita, Rachel Cotton of Topeka, Kansas and David Cotton of Topeka, Kansas. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
