She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Hayzlett; her stepson Matt Weatherbee (Tiffany) of Wichita, Kansas; her sister Lynne Rains Carlson of Peculiar, Missouri; her grandchildren, Dakota and Maddie Weatherbee of Wichita; and her niece Alexandra Carlson of Peculiar. She is also survived by many brother and sister - in- laws, nieces, nephews, and many, many friends.
