He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Kendall Curtis Evans (KC) and Lacy Renee Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Jan; and his children, Kandi Evans, Dana Evans Bowman, Shelley Evans Johnson, Dustin Evans and Joey Evans. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
