He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Warren; his children, Debbie Smith (Mark) of Shell Knob, Missouri and Darron McCullough of Shell Knob, Missouri; his grandchildren, Krista Asbell (Jake) of Carl Junction, Matthew McCullough (Tamara) of Shell Knob and Kaleb Smith (Miranda) of Webb City, Missouri; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Austynn, Kaylynn, Asher, Kasen and Kamden.
