Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Laura Garrett of Shell Knob, Missouri, born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 59, on November 29, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Thiessen and Viola Thiessen (Johnson); and her former husband George Garrett, III. She is survived by: her husband Dordie; her pets, Zoey, Oliver and Olivia; her daughter Jami McSorley-Whisman (Jamie) of Shell Knob; and her granddaughters, Kylie Martin and Jalie Whisman. She is also survived by one brother; three sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
