She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Osborne and Kathlyn Osborne (Kubli); her husband Richard Swiger; her brother Bill Osborne; her children, Kevin Swiger (Tammy) of Grants Pass, Daniel Swiger (Jennifer) of Wiarton and Katie Barrett (Michael) of Shell Knob, Missouri; her stepsons, Robin Swiger and Ryan Swiger; her siblings, Wesley Osborne, Robert Osborne, Michael Kubli, Georgia Moore and Verena Carriere; and her close friend Brenda Floyd. She was also cherished by twenty-four grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
