Jewel Peterson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jewel Peterson of Shell Knob, Missouri, born in Mountain Grove, Missouri, who passed away on October 3, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Clinton Wayne Peterson; her daughters, Glora Kelly (Bob) of Shell Knob, Sala Drake (Parrish) of Boonville and Gelena Dedlow (Tim) of Tualatin, Oregon.; her grandchildren, Kevin Kelly, Damien Walter, Toby Walter, Ty Dedlow and Hannah Vandervelden (Dedlow); and her great grandchildren, Angelina Kelly, Lex Walter, Hazel Vandervelden and Porter Vandervelden.
Jewel was an avid gardener, canner, and homemaker, and a talented quilt-maker, donating countless quilts to The VA Nursing Home and the Pregnancy Care Center.
