He was predeceased by: his daughter Jane Jones-Davis; and his parents, Austin Jones and Hattie Jones. He is survived by: his wife Sieglinde; his child Jim McGimpy (Jane); his grandson Kyle McGimpy; his siblings, Densel Jones, Cleota Taylor (Stan) and Nickie Jones (Judy); and also Linda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
