She was predeceased by: her parents, James Finney and Frances Finney (Cumiford); her spouse Thomas Smiley, Jr.; her son Shelby; her brother Karey; and her sister-in-law Bobbie.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Smiley of Anamosa, Jonathan Durm (Pam) of Mabank, Gary Durm (Gayle) of Pierce City, Missouri and Tami Hood (Diana Sumners) of Carthage, Missouri; and her sister-in-law Pat Ratliff of Shell Knob, Missouri. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
