He is survived by: his wife Carla Chongway of Shell Knob; his daughters, Valarie Givens (Billy) of Cape Fair and Angela Eckhardt (Chris) of Aurora, Colorado; his grandchildren, Hadley Givens, Wyatt Givens, Trevor Eckhardt and Brandon Eckhardt; and his great grandchild Navy June Jenkins.
