He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Whaley and Corine Whaley (Husky); and his siblings, Richard Whaley and Darlene Hutchison. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Whaley of Viola; his children, Richard Acheson of Shell Knob, Steven Acheson (Naomi) of Carr Lane, Lindsey Everson (David) of Branson and Travis Whaley (Destiny) of Shell Knob; his grandchildren, Hayden Acheson, Remington Acheson, Tatum Acheson, Jocelyn Everson, Madelyn Everson, Bentley Whaley, Callie Whaley, Andrea Acheson and Carson Acheson; and his sisters, Linda Engle of Webster Groves and Terry Sidwell of Rolla. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
