She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wilford Willis and Aileen Willis (Vincent); her husband Ed Houston; her children, Carla Gold of Marionville, Missouri and Tom Houston (Abby) of Marshfield, Missouri; her grandchildren, Amy Ford (Andy) of Republic, Allie Houston of Fayetteville, Addison and Afton Houston of Marshfield, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Paisley, Silas and Hudson Ford; her sisters, Nancy Daniel (Leon) of Stockton and Patty Bishop (Mike) of Willard, Missouri; her sister-in-law Peggy Willis of Carl Junction, Missouri; her niece Charlie Duston; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Shiloh and Raleigh of Branson; her son James Houston; her son-in-law David Gold; her siblings, Jane Duston (Tom), Martha Kinnick (Bob) and Jack Willis; her nephew William Duston; and her nieces, Leslie and Mary Beth Duston. She was also cherished by several other nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made payable to the Missouri Baptist Children's Home, in care of the funeral home.
