He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester DeWitt and Jeanette Pike (Leen); his grandson Shane; and his siblings, Lester Pike, Joe Pike, Tony Pike, Jean Gicante and Alice Ramage.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Sue Swan; his children, Janeta Rippetoe (Joe), Tammy Pugh (Travis), Tandy Pike (Carmen) and Rebecca Lutz of Clarence, MO; his grandchildren, Andrew, Jessica, Heather of Peter, T. J, Austin, Mackenzie, Olivia, Aaron, Trinity, Alexis, Aiden and Ricky; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Shane, Lucas, Mia, Taiten, Tucker, Tabytha, Jace, Nicolas and Xavier. He is also survived by Sisters.
