He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Attebury and Maxine Attebury (Friedli); and his brother Arthur Attebury. He is survived by: his brother Ron; his wife Katherine; his daughters, Misty Dawn Lawson (John) and Emma Copenhaver (Mike); and his siblings, James Attebury of Crocker, MO, Chuck Attebury (Debbie) of Edwards, MO, Cindy Miller (Curt) and Starla Paul of Peculiar, MO. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
