She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Leon and Dorothy Leon; and her sister Zelda Glazer (late Herb). She is survived by: her husband Sheldon Sandmel; her children, Ben Sandmel, Karin Sandmel and Josh Sandmel; and her sisters, Vicki Butery (Rick) and Barbara Sandmel (late Harold).
