He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Ford and Lurline Ford (Lindley); his sister Linda Hayes; and his grandparents, Warren, Hazle Lindley, John Albert and Eva Ford.

He is survived by: his son Albert Ford of Sheldon, MO; his brother John Ford (Shiela) of Lamar, MO; his brother-in-law Clayton Hayes of Cranston, RI; his niece Lara Hayes; his nephews, Nicholas Hayes, Andrew Breen, Dominic Molon, Grant Ford and Pierce Ford; and his great-nephew John Molon.
