She is survived by: her husband Ken LeVaugh; her children, Kulley (Malinda "Mendy") and Latisha Mailes (Brandon) of Joplin; her grandchildren, Gabrielle LeVaugh, Madilyn Mailes and Mazie Mailes; her sister Mary "Kay" McKee (Jim) of Liberal; and her sister-in-law Nancy Kirby (Knipp) of Tipton.
