Jackson (Johnston); his stepdaughters, April Boyd (Mike), Tonya Herbst (Donald) and Lesia Farris (Mike); his grandson Jessey Menadue; and his stepmother Cammie Acock of Jerico Springs, MO.. He was also cherished by several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
