He is survived by: his wife Lorna Hendrix (Daily) of Sheldon; his children, Carman Crowley (John), David Hendrix (Kerrie) and Suzanne Kirbey (Dwayne Smith); his grandchildren, Amanda Maddox (Jay), Melinda Crowley, Hanna Yoder (Isaac), Brandon Kirbey (Brooke), Devin Hendrix, Trevor Kirbey (Marissa), Austin Hendrix and Matthew Kirbey; his great grandchildren, Anna Bella Maddox, Aubree Maddox, Lila Maddox, Elliott Maddox, Weston Yoder, Maylee Yoder, Braxton Kirbey and Oakleigh Kirbey; and his brother David T. Hendrix. He is also survived by niece and several nephews.
