He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Foley (Coy); his siblings, Charles, Marion Foley, Shirley McMahon (Foley) and Belva Foley; and his grandson Donald Ray Tolley, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Donna Tolley (Donald), Deborah Bartholomew (Foley), Dani Foley and Donald Foley, Jr. (Robin). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association and left at the funeral home.
