He is survived by: his children, Pam Miles (Doug) of Houston, Jim Mahaffey (Kim) of Shelbina and Paul Mahaffey (Penny) of Donath, Alabama; his grandchildren, Joshua Miles (Josephine), Jordan Miles (Mollie) of Houston, Jordan Mahaffey of Shelbina, Dakota Mahaffey of Kirksville, Sean Mahaffey of Illinois and Montana Mahaffey of Shelbyville, Missouri; his great grandchildren, Euan, Tyler, Evelyn Miles of Houston and Axle Mahaffey of Illinois; and his siblings, Herbert Mahaffey, Evelyn Brown, Joe Bill Mahaffey, Winnie Grable, Jim Mahaffey, Danny Mahaffey, Teddy Mahaffey, Harold Mahaffey and Francie Stewart.
