She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Dale and Eva Lee McKay Lewis; and her children, Debra Ann Fleak and Thomas Joseph Fleak. She is survived by: her husband Robert Lester Fleak of Shelbyville, MO; her son Robert Dale Fleak of Shelbyville, MO; and her siblings, Vicky L. Habben (John) of Warsaw, IL, Kenny Dale Lewis, Jr. of High Ridge, MO and Paul M. Lewis of Hurdland, MO. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
