He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wayne Elwood and Margaret Matilda Ratliff (Blaise); his wife Pamela Kay Kemp; his children, Lara Beth Jones (Billy Jo) and Scott Carson Ratliff (Lauren) of Weldon Spring, MO; his grandchildren, Emme Jo Jones, Ada Beth Jones of Leonard, MO, Peyton Everly Ratliff, Gage Emerson Ratliff and Crew Carson Ratliff of Weldon Spring, MO.; and his siblings, Mary Fern Wilson of Hannibal, MO, Nina Elizabeth Wallace (Bert) of Shelbina, MO, Peggy Sue Gregory (Ron) of Shelbina, MO, Roy Lee (Buddy) and Danny Ernest Ratliff (Linda). He was also cherished by several nieces nephews and cousins.
