He is survived by: his wife Loise Mahaffey; his children, Linda Shores (Randy) of Shelbyville, Harold Mahaffey (Becky) of Walnut Ridge and Leo Mahaffey (Chris) of Shelbina, Missouri; his grandsons, Brent Mahaffey, Kyle Mahaffey (Heather), Nathan Shores, Josh Mahaffey and Blaine Mahaffey; his great grandchildren, Emma, Jaxton Mahaffey and Kaleena Patton; and his siblings, Herb Mahaffey, Ted Mahaffey, Danny Mahaffey (Beverly), Joe Mahaffey, Jim Mahaffey (Judy), Francie Stewart, Winnie Grable (John) and Evelyn Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
