He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Perrigo (Goodwin) of Shelbyville; his siblings, Janice Shores (Leon) of Parkville and Eddy Perrigo (Julia) of Leonard; his children, Doug Perrigo (Debbie) of Novelty, Jennifer Simms (Bill) of Kansas City and Stephanie Fifer (Brian) of Shelbina; his grandchildren, Brad Dixson (Teresa), Dani Felder (Centron), Samantha Perrigo, Tyler Perrigo, Drew Simms, Maddie Fifer and Jordan Simms; and his great grandchildren, Jace Felder, Stella Dixson, Miller Dixson and Emitt Perrigo. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
