We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2023, at the age of 88, Charles Richard Vannoy of Shelbyville, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Raymond and Joveta Grace Vannoy (Vanzant); his daughter Donna Jean Vannoy; his brother Bob Vannoy; his brother-in-law John Mertz; and his son-in-law Terry Arment.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Arment of Shelbyville, MO, Steven Vannoy (Melanie) of Shelbyville, MO and David Vannoy (Tami) of Shelbyville, MO; his grandchildren, Brad Arment, Chad Arment (Lisa), Bruce Vannoy (Melissa), Trent Vannoy (Katie), Sydni Hilpert (Tristen) and Amber Vannoy; his sisters, Mary Mertz of St. Louis, MO and Anna Mae Smith (Elmer Dee) of Shelbyville, MO; and his sister-in-law Patricia Vannoy. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; two step children; five step grandchildren; two great step grandchildren.
