Mildred Mayes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Mayes of Shelbina, Missouri, who passed away on April 10, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Ross and Mildred Metcalf (Cochrane); her husband James Thomas Mayes; her daughter Lucinda Jo Haden (Clyde); and her siblings, Faye Brewer, Mary Jo Weaver, Joan Newman and Clyde Metcalf.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Clarke (Lane) of Columbia, MO, Kimberly Ann Smith of Bevier, MO and Mary Beth Burch of Newark, MO; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Wilson, Jamie Smith, Justin Clarke, Lindsey Smith, Allison Thompson, Elise Burch, Eli Burch and Evan Burch. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Shelbina United Methodist Church.
