He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Blackford-Rubison (Cap) and Ola Blackford-Rubison; and his daughter Julie McEwen. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Rubison (Mary Beth), Jenna Begley (Wes) and Janice Magruder (Phil); his son-in-law Tim McEwen; his grandchildren, Justin Baker (Katie), Jessica Orr (Michael), Jordan Baker, Ethan Dodd, Trenton Fitzsimmons, Blake, Parker Rubison, Daisy, Wyatt, Ellie, Westin Jackson, Luke, Lindsey Magruder, Caden, Gabe and Trace Creel; his great grandchildren, Jolynn (Jo Jo), Jayden Baker (Fast Tracks), Jalie (Bean), Carter Orr (Michelin Man), Loretta Power (Bright Eyes) and John Steel Dodd; and his siblings, Dan Rubison (Yeya) and Becky Novinger. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, close friends.
