He is survived by: his parents, Phil Conrad and Lisa Conrad (Hammond); his brother Blake; his sister-in-law Megan; his nephews, Jackson and Hank; his niece Millicent; his uncles, Laurie Bernhardt (Barry), Lynnett Daniel (Tommy), Lionel Hammond (Kathy) and Jackie Conrad; and his cousins, Jonathan Bernhardt (Meghan), Landon Daniel (Kendra), AnneMarie White (Alex), Alex Daniel (Jessica), Lucas Daniel (Kerigan), Shelby Hammond, Lane Hammond, Brock Bollin and Kenzie Bollin.
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the family requests that you wear a mask during the visitation and service.
