He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Harvey and Urmin May Rufener (Walter); his siblings, Jimmy, Bitsy Rufener, Barbara Smith and Lillie Lucas; and his half-brother Kenneth Harvey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Lynn Rufener of Shelbina, MO, Donna Marston of Sparks, NV, Nancy Miller of Soulsbyville, CA and Janet Tucker (Harold Jr.) of Soulsbyville, CA; and his siblings, Bobby Rufener (Marge) of Clarence, MO, Wendell Rufener (Kathy) of Clarence, MO and Kathy Collins (Mike) of Clarence, MO. He is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
