He is survived by: his former wife Elva Pearl Thomas; his wife Elva Pearl Pemberton; his children, Cathy Eagan (Glenn) of Shelbyville, Rick Pemberton (Judy) of Mandeville and Chris Dimmitt (Joe) of Shelbina, Missouri; his grandchildren, Jeremy Eagan (Jenni), Courtney Benson (Aaron), Ryan Dimmitt, Paige Dimmitt and Taylor Pemberton; his stepgrandchildren, Dan Karins (Maria), Julie Melancon (Wes), Brad Lerille (Bethany) and Christie Woodruff; his great grandchildren, Kyndal, Marlee, Asher Benson, Caleb and James Eagan; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Grace Karins, Ava Melancon, Ella, Mason, Wyatt Karins, Peyton, Cole, Ellie Lerille and Henry L. Louis III; his sister Clarice Gerling (Jerry) of Pacific, Missouri; and his siblings-in-law, Alice Jackson, Sandy Pemberton and Glenn Baum.
