He was predeceased by: his parents, Corry Elmer Dixson and Beulah Ella Chester Dixson; and his siblings, Bill, Jim Dixson, Alta Rosenboom and Ruth Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann; his children, Peggy Parks (Chuck), Mike Dixson (Shirley) and Patty Dixson; his grandchildren, Melissa Speer (Keith), Chris Dixson (Katie), Corry Dixson (Heather) and Luke Dixson; his great grandchildren, Gabriel Milius, Chloe Speer, Mason Dixson, Logan Dixson, Maverick Dixson and Ruth Ann Dixson-Wendell; his stepgrandchildren, Leah Speer, Cora Speer, Macey Baker, Myles Baker and Xavier Wendell; his siblings-in-law, Jane Dixson, Joanne Dixson and John Darley; and his nephew Jimmy Joe Dixson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
