He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth "Libby" Joan Smith; his children, Brenda Kay Jones, Robert Bruce Schwada (Connie) of Shelbina and Michael Edward Schwada (Cindy) of Troy, Missouri; his daughter-in-law Marianne Schwada of Shelbina, Missouri; his grandchildren, Justin Schwada, Erin Brown (Brian), Jennifer Kagerbauer, Ryan Schwada (Tiffany), Lindsey Thomason (Derek), Tyler Jones (Amy), Logan Schwada (Andrea), Elizabeth Harting (Tim) and Kaytlynn Wethington (Andrew); and his aunt Helen Painter of Paris.
