He is survived by: his children, Robbie James (Curt) of Shelbina, MO, Bill Whitlock (Julie) of California, Caroline Hulse (Danny) of Hannibal, MO, Nancy Whitlock of Alpine, TX, Joan Penno (Rick) of Gravois Mills, MO and Curtis Whitlock of Hannibal, MO; and his grandchildren, Jason James, Michael James, Suzanne Maubach (Bob), Virginia Holsworth (Kyle), Jacqui Zimmerman (Ben), Ryan Hulse (Leticia), Tim Hulse (Laura), Trevor Penno (Megan), Shelby Schaben (Nick) and Bradey Whitlock (Jennifer). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
