We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2020, at the age of 62, Diana Frazer (Shelbina, Missouri), born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Harper and Margaret Jean Scott (Ozburn); and her son Eric M. Frazer. She is survived by: her husband Gary Frazer; her daughters, Linda Anne Compere (Robert) of Minot, ND and Melissa Joy Stoner (Jason) of Shelbina, MO; her grandchildren, Kendall (Hannah), Levi, Nolan, Emma Compere, Skyler, Emily, Ethan Frazer, Jaylen Wood, Payton (Olivia), Courtney (Jay), Christopher, Sara, Tanner Stoner and Demetri Thomas; and her sisters, Dawn Scott of Marion, IA, Denise Scott of Shellsburg, IA and Debra Seastrom (Brad) of Vinton, IA.. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to New Tribes Missions, Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch, and Neighbors Helping Neighbors.
