He is survived by: his parents, Danny Phillips and Janice Phillips; his sisters, Bendy Vanskike (Scott), Shani Kempker (Mark), Tami Liller (Hal) and Tonia Bramblett (Arron); his nieces and nephews, Michaela Christoffer (Jesse), Shay, Taylor Vanskike, Emily, Lauren Bramblett, Travis, Trent Kempker, Alex Bramblett and Chade Liller; his great-nieces, Whitley Jae and Ember Rae Christoffer; his aunt Ida Jo Staples (Alan); and his uncles, Roy Lee Dawkins (Eileen) and Billy Fisher (Sue).
In lieu of flowers, all are asked to do a random act of kindness and memorials may be made to Neighbors Helping Neighbors.
