He is survived by: his wife Dena Gulick of Shelbina; his children, Elizabeth "Ann" Levengood (Paul Widisky) of Tampa, Charles "Ed" Gulick (Sarah) of Triangle, Virginia, Kimberly Hansen (Philip) of Rogersville, Desiree Dixon (Arthur) of Springfield, Lehi Jorgensen (Lindsay) of Yorktown, Benjamin Jorgensen of Kansas City, Sarah Weidt (Bert) of Grain Valley and Jared Jorgensen (Mindy) of Blue Springs, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Dallin, Hannah Gulick, Madison A. Widisky, Jacob Meier, Anthony Dixon, Evan, Luke Jorgensen, Nathan, Lauren, Megan, Benjamin Weidt, Alex, Briana, Zach Jorgensen, Marley Iturregui, Ronin James, Meraid, Cosette, Laurel, Jonas, Mary and Brahnwyn Jorgensen.
