He is survived by: his wife Iva Faye Gale; his sons, David Mefford (Lora) of Shelbina, MO and Andrew Mefford (Chrystal) of Clarence, MO; and his siblings, Gloria McAlister (Pat), Leslie Mefford, Jr. (Laurie), Diane Fifer (Ray), Nancy Roberts (Michael), Jackie Joe Mefford (Donna), Dick Mefford (Kelly), Paul Mefford and Linnie Mefford (Pamela). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
