It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita Ratliff of Shelbina, Missouri, born in Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on December 15, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John William and Theo Jean Franklin (Spotts); and her siblings, James Franklin and Rhoda Franklin. She is survived by: her husband Roy Lee "Buddy" Ratliff; her stepsons, Kenneth Lee Ratliff of Michigan, Michael Lynn Ratliff (Tanya) of Tennessee and Eddie Joe Ratliff (Maria) of Texas; and her brother Jon William Franklin (Nancy) of Hannibal, Missouri..
