He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Marion Mann and Mildred Ruth Mann of Quincy, Illinois.. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Marion Mann (James Patrick Harlow) and Dwayne Albert Mann (Kelly Mann); his wife Doris Mann; his daughter Sharon Lee Isley; his stepchildren, Helen Goldstein (John Duensing) and Curtis Reifon (Kathleen); and his son Jason Mann (Jennifer). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren.
