He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Dora Jean Wilson (Hartley); his wife Joyce; and his sisters, Judy and Sue.

He is survived by: his brother Bill Wilson (Glenda) of Independence. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and nephews.
