It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noretta Kempton of Seymour, Missouri, born in Roseville, California, who passed away on April 6, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Furlow and Flora Woodworth; her son Fred H. Kempton IV; her husband Fred H. Kempton III; her grandson Jonathan; and her brothers, Buster and Donny.
She is survived by: her children, Debra L. Bojko (Kempton) of Florida and Michael H. Kempton of Fordland; her brother Otto (Regina) of California; her grandchildren, Angie (Sonny), Gene Jr. (Brooke), Jeff (Chelsea), Kari (Andrew), Michael (Kali) and Danny; and her great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Dezaray, Loren, Drew, Claire, Aaron, Kimber, Poet, Otto, Travis, Jada and Savanah.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home - Seymour (214 W Clinton Ave, Seymour, MO 65746). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at the Seymour Masonic Cemetery (899 W Clinton Ave, Seymour, MO 65746).
